Guacamole/Salsa

​Here comes the perfect salsa to add a good amount of vitamins and minerals to your diet without being boring.

Such a dish helps improve your digestive system, promote weight loss, and add a glow to your skin.

​Ingredients:

  • ​1 ripe avocado cubed into bite-size pieces 🥑
  • ​1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ​1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • ​1 tomato cubed into bite-size pieces 🍅
  • ​1 tbsp finely chopped jalapeño peppers (deserved)
  • ​Now sprinkle - Salt to taste, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ​Garnish with juice of half a lemon
  • ​1/2 cup cilantro

​Directions:

​Mix well and enjoy!!!

I would try to have this with Celery, Carrots or 100% real Cheese crisps.

Also, it would be a good idea to pair this with the Indian Papad (Saffron Road Lentil Crisps).
