Raita (Cooling Cucumber Dip)

​Raita enhances the flavor of almost all the desi dishes.

It is yummy, nutritious, and easy-to-prepare and enriches the authentic Indian taste.

Also, it is the safest dip to use since it is free from any harmful preservatives.

​Ingredients:

  • ​1 cup plain yogurt
  • ​1 cup cucumber (grated)
  • ​2 Tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • ​2 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • ​Lemon juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • ​Salt to taste
  • ​1 tsp cumin powder

​Directions:

​Mix everything well and serve. Could it get any simpler?
