Working in a busy corporate job, glued to my desk all day. Over weight from having my second child. Every time I tried to follow a diet, or start working out I also started feeling sluggish and tired. I had no energy by the time I got home from work.

And then one day while learning about habits for totally unrelated work stuff, it dawned on me. Big massive motivation waves are all to temporary. It is small consistent actions that bring about great, permanent results. Keep it Simple, Stupid. And Do it Every Day.
I am Sharfunnisa Quadri.
