I have come up with a wonderful recipe for rotis with very low carbohydrates which promotes weight loss and increases satiety of each of your meals.
- 1Mix everything well and run through a sieve (or mix in a stand mixer, if you have one); the idea is to mix everything well.
- 2Fill the rotimatic flour cup and use settings: Ashirwad Multigrain, Thickness - 1 , Roast Max, Oil Max.
- 3You might err with first few rotis, but once your rotimatic adjusts to these settings you will be amazed at how healthy your rotis are!!
