Flaxseed-Spinach Roti

A power-house roti recipe with few calories but a healthy nutrient content is here.

It has a unique taste and feel to it.

  • ​Dehydrated Spinach (finely crushed in spice grinder) - 1 cup
  • ​Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  • ​Sprouted Whole Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • ​Besan - 1/4 cup
  • ​Jowar - 1/2 cup
  • ​Flaxseed meal - 1/4 cup
  • ​Coriander powder + Zeera powder + Ajwain + Haldi + Cayenne pepper
  • ​Black pepper mix - 3 Tbsp
  • ​Salt - to taste

    ​Mix everything well.

    ​Pour this mixture into the Rotimatic cup.

    ​Adjust Rotimatic settings to Ashirwad MG, Max thickness, Max roast, 1 drop oil.
