Snacking often hinders our weight loss regime and the healthy snack suggestions are mostly bland and unpalatable.
I have this snack recipe in my treasure box which is amazingly tasty and does not threaten your weighing scale.
**Note: I like fiery hot spicy food hence I use both chili flakes and cayenne. You could use smoked paprika instead (or reduce the quantity of cayenne)
- 1Toss everything in a bowl to combine together.
- 2Spread evenly in one layer on a cookie sheet.
- 3Start the oven to 350 F and put the tray in for about 25 minutes. You could take it out and check at 10 and 15 minutes mark (because each oven is slightly different)
(Note: I do not preheat the oven.)
