Spicy Cucumber

​This makes a perfect side dish for Iftar.

This palatable, desi-style salad has an awesome combination of fiber and water, helping your digestive system work better.

It also helps one feel sated, promoting weight loss.

A perfect dish for hot summer Iftars.

Ingredients:

  • ​Cucumber
  • ​Salt
  • ​Paprika
  • ​Black Cumin Seeds
  • ​Black Pepper
  • ​Cayenne Pepper
  • ​Lemon Juice

​Directions:

​Wash and cut the cucumbers into julienne pieces and sprinkle them with a mixture of salt, paprika, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and a dash of fresh lemon juice.
