Random Green Smoothie And Bagel Smoked Salmon Sandwich

​When you don’t have time to “cook” breakfast or lunch but have random healthy ingredients in the refrigerator, You assemble this delicious breakfast / brunch.

​Random Green ​Smoothie

​Blend strawberries, orange, chia seeds, a handful of spinach, kale, and other greens, pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds and as much ice as you fancy!

Really that simple and delicious!!

Chia seeds provide the bulk to this smoothie and keep you full longer beside giving you a burst of energy.

And don't forget that the cumin, cayenne and black pepper have some amazing health benefits that you can check out right on this blog!

​Bagel Smoked Salmon Sandwich

  • ​Toast the bagel to your liking.
  • ​Top with cheese, smoked salmon, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions or pretty much anything healthy that you may fancy.
  • ​Close them up so they are easy to hold and enjoy with your smoothie.
