According to this study, Okra has been found beneficial in maintaining blood sugar, as well as generally good for heart, kidneys and brain health. Okra helps regulate blood glucose levels and hence helps with weight loss as well. This study also found that roasting or steaming Okra, did not cause deterioration in its health benefits either.

Wash and cut okra lengthwise and put in a mixing bowl. Add all of the other ingredients. Mix well and then roast in an airfryer at 390F for 20 minutes.
No Airfryer? Spread on Parchment paper on a cookie sheet and cook in 400F Oven for 25-30 minutes. Check at around 15 minutes mark to turn.
