Why should I eat more Vegetables?
Not going into too many details and scientific proof today, because each vegetable probably deserves its own article. And since this space is about weight loss, the first of I will go with this advantage of eating vegetables. Besides fasting or starvation, the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat a healthy diet that is full of essential nutrition and high in fiber. How do I start eating more vegetables?
You can try out these following ways, in any order. Do not just read this post and then not take action. The only way for you to know if this works is to actually try it out.
Roast The Vegetables

Toss up the vegetables in a small amount of oil and herbs of your choice. Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Cabbage, Onion, Tomatoes, Carrots, Zucchini – Really choices are endless. You can roast any vegetables. Dress them up with Sumac, or Mustard, or Lemon Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, or just plain Salt and Pepper. Find a sheet pan or a large pyrex pan. Spread in a single layer. Roast at 450F for 25-30 minutes. Check in between to stir. And done. If roasting in an air fryer, it should take about 10-12 minutes at 360F.
Steam The Vegetables

- If you do not have this Steamer Pot; Get this versatile collapsible Steamer basket. For under $10 you will be steaming vegetables like a gourmet chef.
- Steaming Vegetables is Super Simple. The idea is that the vegetables should not touch the water, and cook only in the steam. When you steam the vegetables right, they retain all of the nutrition as well as a beautiful bright color.
- Fill the Pot with about 1 cup of water. Put all of the vegetables on the Steamer Insert. Put the Steamer Insert inside the large pot. Heat the pot on high heat. Steam for Only 4-5 minutes. Take vegetables out of the inner pot. Let rest. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper and eat with a side of proteins or by itself.
Dip the Vegetables

Vegetable Soups
